You may not be using the correct login credentials. When you first signed up, you should have received an email with your login information. Please double-check that you are using the correct username and password. You can do this by accessing your email and searching for our company name. Don't forget to check your spam or promotions folder.
If you have forgot you password, you can reset your password as follows:
- Click on the icon at the top right of the screen.
- Click on "Sign in"
- In the pop-up window, click on "Forgot password".
- You will be prompted to enter you email address. Afterwards an email will be sent containing a link to reset your password.
